Ministry of Education prohibited the opening of the "Amay-Ein (Mother's Home) Free Education Centre" located in Hlaing-tha-yar township, Rangoon, the Irrawaddy News Agency reported yesterday. At the same time, Minister of Home Affairs permitted many brothers to be opened in different parts of Rangoon.
