The woolly mammoth, extinct for thousands of years, could be brought back to life in as little as four years thanks to a breakthrough in cloning technology. This news made the Burmese leader happy. Now, he is thinking to clone white mammoths in Burma.

"We are happy to clone our native-born white elephants or white mamoths in Burma. If we can do that, we can avoide further disturbances from neighbouring countries", a senior Burmese officer told BS News.

Bangladeshi diplomats admitted in November, 2010, that the newest white elephant that was captured in western Burma was sent by the Bangladeshi government with an intention to deviate the trajectory of the cyclone Giri. They said that they received cyclone signal which was targeting Bangladesh. Considering Bangladeshi people to be free from the cyclone disaster, they said, the government of Bangladesh sent a white elephant that was chanted with black magic that carried the cyclone to Burma. One week after the new white elephant was worshipped in Naypyidaw, Cyclone Giri destroyed parts of Burma leaving many people homeless.
