Burmese in Southern Thailand are travelling by riding horses and bullock carts

Thai local police authorities in Southern Thailand have recently issued an order that prevents Burmese people from riding bicycles, driving motor-bikes and cars as shown in a billbord written in the Burmese language.

Therefore, Burmese people are seen on the horses, donkeys, oxes or buffaloes as they are not forbidden from riding those animals. However, some Burmese people who read the announcement carefully can be observed differently. They are seen as driving trishaws, tractors and tuk-tuks because they are not prohibited from driving those vehicles.
