Burma is upgrading its internet connections by using FTTX system

Burma is using FTTx System or "Foolish Tortoise Telecommunication to Xenophobia" System to slow down the internet connections in Burma.

FTTx is actually a high speed broadband system for internet; but, the internet speed in Burma is extremely slow like a tortoise.
