Ko Htein Lin gave hints for "Two-digits" Lottery

Ko Htein Lin aka Kim Aris, a younger son of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi left Rangoon this morning around 9 AM. Before leaving the country of Burma, he gave two hints for the Burmese "Two-digits" lottery or luckydraw addicts. Ko Htein Lin's T-shirt was depicted with a white bird surrounded by some English characters which are very similar to "two-digits" lottery numbers.
The number above the bird is very close to "02" while the number under the white bird can be interpreted either 22 or 27 if one looks at unit digit in clock-wise direction.
BS News reporter in Rangoon reported that the winning number on 7 December 2010 (morning) is 02 and the evening winning number is 27. It is really amazing!!

Due to economic deterioration in the country, many Burmese people are gambling "two-digits" every day by hoping to get extra money in their daily lives. But, it leads them poorer and poorer.
