Numbers of Rich increasing in Burma

Messenger Journal reported that numbers of rich people increased in Burma as shown in the following snippet.

According to GDP per capita (nominal), Burma is a very "rich" country (quoating Messenger).

In reality, Burma's GDP per capita is lower than world's poorest countries. It shows that Burma is "poorer than the poorest".

GDP per capita of Burma = $ 571
GDP per capita of Bangladesh = $ 641
GDP per capita of Somalia = $ 600

Based on this GDP data, Burma is one of the world's "richest" country (as told by Messenger) where numbers of rich people are increasing day by day.

Actually, the clever ruling military junta is making Burma to be poorer than Bangladesh and Somalia within 22 years!
