Burma will participate in SE Asian Shooting Competation

Burma will take part in the Shooting Competation organized by Southeast Asian Shooting Associaton (SEASA) which will be held from 10 to 18 December 2010 in Jakarta. It will be the first time in 20 years for Burma to participate again in this competation. Kyaw Moe Win, secretary of Burma Shooting Association told BSNews that it is really difficult for him to select 8 participants out of 492,000 shooters who have been well trained how to shoot directly to a Japanese journalist during the Saffaron Revolution in 2007.
Burma has been banned from participating in shooting competitations in Olympics Games for 22 years since 1988 because of the country's highest shooting record in the world.
