Car Black Box System (CBBS) that records the abnormal behaviours of passengers is being planned to install inside the passenger-buses in Rangoon. CBBS system will especially record the action of abnormal and crazy womaninzing male passengers who are used to touch the hips of women passengers from the back. Such kind of molest normally happens inside the corwded buses in Rangoon during rush hours. The system is hoped to further prevent such kind of abnormal, crazy and mentally-illed activities of some male passengers.
